Denise Nixon
After a long career in public education, Denise left her traditional 9 to 5 job to pivot by faith and start a recruitment agency. During the pandemic, she lost all of her clients and ended up closing her dream business. She pivoted into an education career as an online university professor, teaching undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral courses for several universities. She also continued her dream of being an entrepreneur as a freelance consultant, where she develops courses and presentations for organizations and does voice-overs, writing, podcasting, video editing, and audio narrations for various projects. Her book, "Power, Love, and a Sound Mind: How Three Simple Truths Changed My Life," is a powerful testimony of her journey to find peace and purpose through bold faith. She wants to encourage people by sharing the testimonies of others who also made the pivot to seek after what God has called them to be. There are no limits on what God can do.
